My first volunteer experience in photography is with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. They are an organization that is dear to my heart now. We provide remembrance photography services to families experiencing the loss of a baby. These are extremely difficult situations, and I have learned more in my time with NILMDTS than any course or book could have taught me about photography or life in general. They also connected with my mentor, Tammy, who has refined my ability behind the camera tenfold since I started working with NILMDTS.
Photos with NILMDTS are shot on location, and we provide edited photos in black in white to assist with the grieving process, and to cherish the memories of the child.

I've worked with charities in the past as well, and I've always heard from people that cost is a factor when donating to charity. For an incentive, I am willing to do a mini photo session for $100 donation to any of the following organizations:
